Shannon Development welcomes jobs news at Microsemi in Ennis, Co Clare
Shannon Development Chief Executive, Dr Vincent Cunnane, today (Monday 15th December 2008) welcomed the announcement by the Tanaiste Mary Coughlan that Microsemi would create 315 new jobs over the next 18 months, at its operations facility in Shannon Development’s Gort Road Business Park in Ennis, Co Clare, with the support of Government through IDA Ireland.
Dr Cunnane said “We were delighted to be able to facilitate this important expansion by Microsemi by leasing additional space to the company at our Gort Road Business Park. The provision of innovative property solutions for foreign and indigenous industries, such as Microsemi, is a key goal of Shannon Development in the management of its industrial property portfolio throughout the region”
