Tralee based entrepreneur Mike Fitzgerald CEO of Altobridge has been commended for his win in last night’s (Thursday 22nd October ’09) televised Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in Dublin.
Marie Lynch, Development Manager of Shannon Development’s Kerry Technology Park from where Altobridge operates said, “We are very proud of Mike’s achievement, and want to offer our congratulations to him and his team. Mike was up against stiff competition and one again proved that Kerry entrepreneurs are tops.”

Mike will now be part of the Kerry Technology Park hall of fame. He will join two other KTP companies who won this prestigious award. Alan Scroope of FreeFlow who won in 2006, and Jerry Kennelly formerly of Stockbyte who won this Award in 2005. If this keeps up we will have to form a special club,” said Ms. Lynch.
