Information Age Park Ennis is the fifth location of the Shannon Developent Knowledge Network comprising five world class locations developed specifically to support the growth and development of knowledge driven enterprise. The park is a premier location combining world-class business services and connectivity with thriving town centre facilities and a wealth of outstanding natural amenities. When completed it will provide up to 750,000 sq ft of high quality office space across almost 30 buildings in a landscaped urban environment. Phase one comprising the first building is now complete and almost fully occupied.
IAPE is a new development opened in 2005 and is located close to the heart of Ennis town centre, population c. 25,000. Ennis is one of the fastest growing and most progressive towns in Ireland today. In 2005 it was awarded the title of Ireland's tidiest town and previously was designated as Irelands Information Age Town.
The Park offers a unique mananged environment which is only c. 1.5 miles from the centre of town. The Park also enjoys excellent levels of accessablility given its proximity to the main Limerick/Ennis/Galway road.
The IAPE provides tenants with a range of facilities and access to technology. The building has a 24 hour monitored CCTV system as well as a dedicated security presence. There are also tea and coffee facilities at the main entrance/foyer as well as a Shannon Development reception desk. The complex provides ample parking for all tenants with over flow for visitors. Within the Innovation Works access to photo copiers, shredders, fax and franking machines is also available.
The board room is available to all tenants of IAPE and can accommodate up to 20 people and delivers the following facilities:
