Bay 127 consists of a gross internal floor area of 18,750 sq ft made up of office and production space. To the front of the building there is ample car parking and a landscaped lawn. The offices to the front are accessed through double doors opening into a large open plan office and reception area. To the side of this reception area are two private offices with glazed partitions overlooking reception area. Behind the open plan office there is a further larger open plan office area with IT cabling and power points running around the perimeter.
