Shannon Development owns and manages a c. 21 acre Business Park in Kilmallock, Co. Limerick. Kilmallock is the fourth largest town in County Limerick with a population of 1,231, located 23 miles south of Limerick City. It is set in the valley of the River Loobagh, an area of natural beauty. The Ballyhoura and Galtee mountain ranges lie to the east and south, whilst large tracts of flat land can be found to the west. Its geographic location finds the town centrally located in a rich agricultural district, some 25 miles from the major urban centres of Limerick and Tipperary and in close proximity to the large towns of Charleville and Mallow.
